Completed in 2011, it comprises 110 units designed for modern living in what was then an emerging area. The project was a major achievement, completed when Tanzania lacked formal mortgage finance, showcasing the bold vision of local investors. Its strategic location and scale helped kickstart Kigamboni’s urban growth, offering residents accessibility, community, and ongoing development potential.
Note: Dede Investments Ltd. was not the primary developer of this project; however, the owners of Dede were partners in Mutual Developers Limited, the original development company, which is no longer operational.
