Located in the quiet Moivaro area, adjacent to Onsea House and within reach of the Arusha city center, the project is designed as a discreet, low-impact lodge composed of lightweight cabins nestled into the natural landscape. The architectural approach seeks to respect the terrain and vegetation, offering guests a sense of immersion, privacy, and tranquility. The lodge is intended as both a destination and a launching point—ideal for travelers looking to combine peaceful rest with access to Tanzania’s northern circuit, including Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru, Arusha National Park, and beyond. Currently in the concept design phase, The Terrace – Moivaro will be developed with the intention of partnering with a dedicated hospitality operator to bring the vision to life and ensure a high-quality guest experience rooted in place.
